The fees in this list apply only to tasks outside the chosen plan. Management and Peace of Mind already includes the monthly payslip and routine employment administration for the contracted worker; these are not charged again. What you should know before you start
How does the selection of professionals work?
Tell us what you need and we will define the right profile with you. We interview professionals, check their experience, documents and availability, and present a proposal tailored to your family.
Who employs the worker?
The family employs the worker directly and assumes the employer’s obligations. Ajudar-te helps with hiring paperwork and employment administration according to the service contracted.
How much does it cost to hire home help?
It depends on the schedule, the type of arrangement and the care needs. Our calculator shows the estimated salary, social security contributions and Ajudar-te’s fees separately so you can see the cost before deciding.
What if the selected person is not a good fit?
If Ajudar-te carried out the selection, you have 60 days from the worker’s start date to request a new search without paying the selection fee again. The guarantee includes one additional search, subject to availability and the agreed terms. Any employment costs are excluded.
What does Management and Peace of Mind include?
It includes routine employment administration, an assigned coordinator, support during the first month and help with issues that arise. It also includes weekend phone support for urgent coordination matters, help with Prevencion10 and one replacement search per worker every 12 months, subject to the service terms.
What is the difference between Essential Payroll and Management and Peace of Mind?
Essential Payroll (€50 + VAT/month) includes the preparation and delivery of one monthly payslip. Management and Peace of Mind (€125 + VAT/month) adds routine employment administration, coordination, follow-up and the support services included in the plan.
Can I use the service if I already have a worker?
Yes. If you have already found someone, we can help review their documents, arrange the employment contract and handle employment administration without conducting a new search.
What happens if the worker is on sick leave or cannot come?
We help you assess the alternatives. If you have Management and Peace of Mind, we can start a replacement search under the plan’s terms. The availability of professionals depends on the area, schedule and service needs.
What does the assigned coordinator do?
Your coordinator is your contact at Ajudar-te. They know your family’s needs, coordinate administration and follow up on the service. They also help when difficulties arise or you need changes, subject to the terms of your plan.
